Privacy notice
What details you leave when you write to us, what we use them for, and how to ask us to change or delete them.

01Who is responsible
Nuvely, a development studio based in Chile (legal name and tax ID to be set), is responsible for the details it receives through this site. For anything about privacy, write to hola@nuvely.cl.
02What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, an email or phone number, what you need, an approximate budget if you give one, and your message.
This site uses no cookies and no advertising tools. To know how many people visit us we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits anonymously: it uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across other sites. Our hosting provider also logs basic technical data for each visit, such as the IP address, only to keep the site secure and running.
03What we use them for
To answer your request, talk about your project and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. The basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form.
We won't send you marketing you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or hand your details to anyone.
04Who we share them with
With the providers we need to operate: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and counts visits, and Resend, which delivers the form's messages to us by email. They may process data outside Chile, for example in the United States, always on our behalf and only for that purpose.
05How long we keep them
If we don't end up working together, we delete your request within 12 months of our last contact. If we do, we keep it for the length of the project and as long as legal and tax obligations require.
06Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, object to their use and, where it applies, receive them in a format you can take elsewhere. Just write to hola@nuvely.cl; we reply within the time limits set by law.
If you feel we didn't handle your request properly, you can contact the authority responsible for personal data protection.
07Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the Nuvely team can see the requests we receive.
08Changes to this notice
If we change anything important, we'll publish it here with a new update date.
